This computer is amazing value for money. I bought it on sale for $160, which is cheaper than a Windows 10 Pro license. The computer itself as a whole meets my expectations and fully meets my needs. I'm a Mac user but wanted to have a dedicated Windows PC for a few non-demanding apps I need for work and some older gaming. Nothing I use is demanding and the performance of the machine is exactly what I expected and I am very satisfied. As for the product, my only disappointment is that the fan is a bit noisy and you can't adjust it or turn it off. So it works all the time. Nothing distracts me, but if you expect it to be quiet, it's not. My biggest complaint with my order is that I received a clearly used product. When I turned it on, Windows was in recovery mode. He asked for a password and was registered for someone else using his name and email address. Also, one of the rubber feet on the base of the machine was missing, causing it to wobble. I erased the drive and installed a fresh copy of Windows 10 Pro with the license I had and put some tape on the base to make it stable. stand up straight So, my problems are solved, and not worth returning. But the company should not have shipped what was obviously used/refurbished and advertised it as new.
