The sliders themselves seem good but I had a big problem. You plugged in the wrong hardware (one of the two screws was too short) and forgot the washers. I still only installed one slider because I couldn't buy the right screw at the hardware store. However, installation is a breeze. You simply pull out a screw and replace it with a frame slider. You don't need to delete anything else. Since you are replacing the engine mount bolt, make sure you have a torque wrench to properly tighten the bolt.
