The box worked fine when I opened it today to receive the customer's files and my tablet. When I put items back to secure them, only the left lock locks and the right lock doesn't lock. However, now the left lock that was working doesn't open for me when I enter my combination. AND ALL MY STUFF ARE BACK IN. The manufacturer is closed today NATURALLY because of YOU - let's see if customer service answers on Monday. In the meantime, I can't access the tablet I use for my business. In other words, this piece of junk could very well have cost me over $1,000 considering my tablet would have been lost if the manufacturer couldn't help me open the thing.
