I bought 10 Pnstaw USB sticks with a capacity of 512MB. 1 out of 10 was defective. (Revain returned the money for it). But the other 9 didn't work on any of my computers. I investigated further and found that each flash drive actually contains **4** partitions: Partition Type 1 unknown 2 Novell Netware 386 3 unknown 4 unknown Usually there are only **1** partitions. I was confused and concerned, especially about the section that appears to contain networking software. For security reasons, I wiped all file systems on each flash drive and then recreated one file system on each. All 9 seem to be working now. UPDATE: Amazon gave me $5 for the faulty one. BUT it was in the form of the so-called "comfort loanβ, so kind of a favor! seems to have disappeared. :-( So I have 9 sticks that worked and 1 bad one. I probably won't buy them again. I've spent too much time in the hassle.
