I purchased this product for our 6 month lab to use the beep and vibrate features. This product is easy to use. We have used this product about half a dozen times. I noticed that on the first use or two the gum guards fell off after I put them around the dog's neck. I wore them every time I saw them. After about the fourth use, I checked the collar around his neck to make sure the rubber lug protectors were intact and one of them was missing. Lost. Well my dog ate it and the next day it showed up in his poop. Unkind. Protectors should be more reliable. Finally, the remote control buttons are sticky, and the collar size is very long and fluctuates. Our labrador is 50lbs and will be growing but the collar is very long.
