Baby didn't burp or spit up with every feeding

I bought this milk thinking it would help my premature baby but when we started feeding she vomited and spit out all her milk and had problems with a burp afterwards. makes burping difficult, resulting in all milk being spit out within an hour. Thank you for giving me my money back!
