This is an essential accessory for your Fuji Xt3. This helps with the ergonomics of the camera body without the need to purchase a vertical grip (Vg-xt3). This cage has plenty of attachment points for accessories and handles, doesn't add much weight but is still very strong aluminum. I use it to add Xt3 battery adapters that allow me to use a Sony L-type battery and for better handling and a home for my pinky. This cage allows you to outfit your Xt3 for a variety of shooting needs or just for a better grip without the need for additional accessories. The Smallrig has many details that allow you to add handles, a shoulder mount, wooden handles, monitor mounts and more which was a key factor in choosing this cage. I will be adding a top mount handle and monitor mount for an external recording device shortly. In my opinion this cell gets 10 out of 10 points.
