I ordered a large collar but I should have ordered a medium one. Unfortunately, the media are sold out. Amy from Lucky Love Dog sent me an additional email asking if I liked the collar and went out of her way to make sure I got the cure once they received it. It's very rare to find customer service like this. these days. The collar is very well made with high quality materials and comes in a nice reusable pouch. And I think it's great that they help save the dogs with a part of their profits. I will continue to do business with Lucky Love Dog.
