Review on ๐Ÿ”’ Heng's 90032 LP Tank Compartment Strap: Secure 39" Single Tank Storage Solution by Edgar Rowe

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I bought this bracelet to replace a broken bracelet.

I bought this belt to replace a belt that broke on a 2006 5 wheel motorhome. It offers a 30 pound propane tank. This strap is slightly longer than the original. When the buckle and hook are connected and closed around the tank, the clearance is 1/8" to 3/16". This is ideal in my case, I was able to eliminate some slack by wrapping the metal strap with self-adhesive silicone tape until I got the correct tension (another reviewer on another site used a small piece of old garden hose to get the correct tension) . I didn't remove the sprockets because the original belt was so tight that I needed a screwdriver to open the latch and a screwdriver handle to close it. I can open and close this strap without tools. Use a small carabiner/clip through the hole in the buckle to prevent the clasp from opening while riding.
