I was very happy with it and with my six year old daughter.

I was very happy with it and my six year old daughter loved it. Just a few things I want to mention. Yes, the scissors don't work, but we were able to sharpen them a bit with a knife sharpener. And I think the people who complained about the needles being too small probably never used the embroidery floss (which is included) before and didn't realize that it can be taken apart and used as a single floss had to. all at once rather than trying to push the entire bundle into the needle. Needles work well when using embroidery floss as intended.
