100% SATISFACTION Best in mufflers and baffles

These whistles are freaking loud and I love them. This gives the Scout a truly amazing sound. The stock tubes don't do the bike justice compared to the Vans and Highs. The instructions didn't help me much personally, but you can install it in about 30 minutes. USE STANDARD PIPE CLAMPS
