I like how easy it is to use for both business owners as well as clients in order to keep track of all communication. It also helps manage appointments and scheduling time together. There are not enough buttons or features available within this platform at this current moment and would love more customization options. Currently you have limited functionality when looking up contact info, scheduling meetings, etc. This makes it less user friendly than other platforms we used in the past. We were able to eliminate paper files from being sent around by emailing everyone directly via future instead of having to print out documents and send them via snail mail.
