They are well made, well shaped, very comfortable to grip, won't slip off your fingers and cut cleanly with minimal pressure. With larger hair clippers you can choose a straight edge, while with smaller hair clippers you can choose a regularly curved edge. They come in a small pouch so they are not easy to lose! Both offer much better control when cutting, so you don't run the risk of getting false corners and jagged edges. But perhaps the best quality is this company's fantastic customer service. My large clippers didn't work properly, although I didn't know they were actually broken. Customer service rep Jenny was adamant about replacing it even though I didn't actually ask for it. A really amazing sequel from Harperton and the new big clippers work great. I highly recommend this company and their products. Oh, they also include small gifts with your order if you wish: a free goodie; and 20% off your next Harperton purchase. I haven't followed any of them but it's just nice to know that they do!
