It is in everyone's best interest to focus on producing a single item of superior quality and bringing it to market as soon as it is feasible, rather than putting out a large number of attempts of decreasing quality. On the eve of the launch of the 21 line, upgrading to Android 11 subtly slowed down the phone and made the screen darker. This was done in preparation for the release of the 21 line (in "auto-brightness" mode). Programs run somewhat slowly than usual, and friezes are slightly more obvious.
