I am so disappointed with this bag. I decided it was time to order a new McKlein bag after using my previous bag for 6 years with normal wear and tear. The first bag was a gift and I really liked it. I still get compliments from him even though he's seen better days. I hesitated for a long time before deciding on my new McKlein bag. When ordering, I checked the size of the bag and laptop compartment and McKlein's information was misleading. My 13" MacBook Pro doesn't fit, and now my new 13" MacBook Air, even the small one, doesn't fit either. What good is a laptop sleeve if even small laptops don't fit in it?! I've been using a new bag for less than a month, the stitching has already come undone, the silver trim has fallen off. I feel like I took $157.00 and threw it out the window with this purchase and now it's too late to return the bag. I do not recommend this product at all and am very disappointed that the quality and functionality of this bag is so poor compared to my previous McKlein bag. I rarely write reviews but if I could give this product 0 stars I would.
