One of the few products I've had to write a bad review for because I like small mini amps - I've bought 3 other Revain amps that I rate 5 stars but this one did is "Miss". First, the instructions are boring and there is no support on the manufacturer's website. Second - the remote is annoying - only worked from about 5ft away even with a fresh battery change and the remote is very good. I expected this amp to work with FLAC files, but even when the amp (rarely) recognized the USB drive, it didn't recognize FLAC or Wave files and always seemed to jump into FM mode - I could use the USB mode not working at all - I tried FAT 32, NTFS and exFat but nothing worked. The amp worked perfectly in AUX mode - and as it's not worth sending back I'll be using it. in this mode, but I didn't buy it to use in AUX mode. It would be great if the USB mode worked remotely too, works perfectly - unfortunately it doesn't. One of the few Revain products I've bought that I wouldn't buy again. Products should not disappoint!
