Very poor quality phone calls, there is always noise and it cuts out. The microphone for voice messages in apps like WhatsApp is very poor, as is the speaker when making calls. The connection is very bad, the internet crashes, it's impossible to play online games, even simple ones like Bomber Friends. Xiaomi/Poco's notification system is TERRIBLE. It took me hours to figure out how to get Outlook to show notifications on the lock screen and they just disappear out of nowhere and it's ruining my job! I have to reply to emails within <2 minutes. It's the same with phone calls. Sorry I have to return this very bad phone. Not worth $10.
