I've been suffering from postpartum hair loss for two years... it seems like forever! It has definitely slowed down but is still noticeable. Now I'm trying to get my hair to grow back thick and healthy instead of looking so dry or frizzy. I've tried DHT products before and always stop after a few uses because I'm noticing EVEN MORE hair loss! It wasn't until I read the informative leaflet in that box that I realized this was part of the process. They explain that in the first 1-2 months you may notice "hair loss," which simply means your scalp is preparing to grow healthier, happier hair. I won't lie, it scares me as I don't have a lot of hair to lose! But this time I'll skip it. I used both the shampoo and conditioner tonight and *notice* additional hair loss after washing out the shampoo. We're not talking handfuls or clumps, but there were a bit more than usual. 😬 I wish they had some kind of scent, even if it's all natural! They are TOTALLY odorless and so boring. I can't say I've ever tried a hair product that didn't smell like something. So strange. The shampoo was very pleasant...very thick and creamy and left my hair sparkling clean but still soft. Air conditioning was just ok. I need something to detangle my unruly/brittle hair and this wasn't enough. After that, I desperately needed a detangling spray, and even then it was difficult to comb through. After reading her brochure it seems like it could take months to really work. In the meantime, I will continue to take biotin supplements and go back on my prenatal medications. I'll be sure to post updates and let you all know if anything dramatic happens. It's worth checking if you have thinning hair or postpartum hair loss! The packaging and the booklet that comes with it are wonderful. Hope that helps. ☺️
