I inherited a set of Keller 1601 dovetail attachments without matching bits: 1633 (dovetail) and 1643 (straight). After doing a little research I came across the Amana 45882 (Dovetail) and 45470 (Straight) and found them to be quite acceptable replacements for the Keller 1633 and 1643 respectively. Now I've made some dovetail boxes out of it and they have a very clean cut. I haven't used them extensively though so only time will tell if they hold up. Considering they are 50% cheaper than Keller bits and made by a decent brand I would definitely buy them again. For those of you unfamiliar with Amana beats, they are made in Israel and are generally of good quality. Check out this review for a head-to-head comparison of many brands of router bits showing how to use it. Take special note that when cutting pins it always cuts into the wood. This technique definitely has the crowd reduced in chips in my workpieces.
