I definitely recommend this product. I used to have several cordless vacuums and got tired of swapping them out because the batteries were dead. I like the wired feature on this one. That works great too. Don't expect it to work like your heavy stand, as it's just a vacuum with a few nozzles but pretty good suction. It's great for light jobs like quick daily cleaning of the kitchen floor and under the table. I can even vacuum carpets without vacuuming the edges and getting caught in the roller. If the pull were stronger, I wouldn't be able to do it. It is very comfortable. It also works great on my hardwood floors and tiled bathroom floors. The power cord is long enough to power one room at a time. I haven't had any issues with overheating, but I drain the filter frequently to prevent this. The casters don't scratch my floor and it maneuvers very well. The price is perfect and I'm very happy that I don't have to replace it every year due to battery failure. I am very satisfied with this product. price and performance.
