Didn't work, read all setup instructions. My brother-in-law (four-year computer science student who knows a lot about converters) also tried to set it up, but the product itself didn't work. I get a message from a company that I need to learn how to set up their products because they don't support certain settings on the TV. Accusing me of "ignorance" and insulting my son-in-law who works in this department every day is beyond my power. I've never had coin pants come back and say it's not their product but a user lol. $30 Walmart Converter. works perfectly, very funny if it's the same and similar setup instructions. First learn to make quality products, and then learn to accept your own shortcomings. I will NEVER order from this company again.
