took an extra week to ship because Enermax sold out after restocking. Revain refused to honor the retail price at the time of purchase as it had run out and advised me to just cancel and buy again at the additional $30. Screw U Am. Finally got it a few days ago. almost a week later than expected. ATX mounting holes not measured correctly. Presumably it wasn't installed properly when it was bound, it said 3/4 of the holes were out of alignment by 2-3 millimeters compared to the PSU it replaced. I found out the hard way from an accidental cross carving. Metal shavings got in there. I've heard the PSU is actually good, but the customer service that receives it seems terribly incompetent when it comes to the ubiquitous 2% manufacturing defects.
