The first batch arrived and in the plastic bag the conditioner exploded throughout the inside of the bag and shampoo bottle. It turned out not to be fully closed and had no success along the way. Ordered a replacement and this time the shampoo arrived open in a plastic bag and the conditioner was fine. Send back your damaged shampoo and conditioner and will most likely order them elsewhere next time. A simple check that the bottle is sealed and sealed with tape can do wonders. As for the product, I'm impressed now that I have it!
