I am so glad I chose these wipes for everyday use. They are very well constructed with beveled corners and beautifully stitched three quarter inch seams. Napkins are good enough to use on almost any occasion. As many cotton fabrics tend to shrink after washing or show that they have not been cut correctly, I have chosen to wash them before use. I'm glad I did; but not for the reason one might expect. As it turned out, all the napkins were quite nicely shaped and not oddly cut, shall we say "obliquely". They were made almost perfectly, as one would wish. However, I noticed that the red fabric bled a lot when washed. So I'm content to wash them in cold water with detergent before using them. I also let them air dry and ironed them before folding, although they weren't particularly wrinkled. They looked absolutely amazing! I can't say how they will look after being tumble dried, but I expect drying them on a low temperature will mean they come out pretty good and probably don't even need ironing, especially if they use fabric softener. . I don't think you can go wrong with a set of these wipes; They are beautiful and should last a long time.
