Pros, light weight, bright enough but not so powerful that the drivers hit you at high frequencies, great colour, holds charge well. 3 different modes, fast and slow flash plus fixed beam, waterproof, rechargeable, ok so cons. My arms are muscular so they won't fit around them even without a shirt, if you have 16/17 inch biceps/triceps won't fit, on the forearms you'll be holding them in your hands as you run while they slide down , so I wear them snugly around my ankles and haven't had any issues so far, wish there was a nice 2.5 inch gap between the velcro and the LED itself. See these lanterns only turn on once at night 6 days a week for about Worn 45 minutes. The price is right, but I have serious doubts that this velcro will hold up much longer after a year. I will definitely look for a clasp, zip or clasp on the next pair I buy. I run at night because I work all day, one thing is for sure, the one who never takes a day off, SAFETY, SAFETY NEVER TAKES A DAY OFF!
