After trying a few waterproof cases with partial success, I'm glad I switched to Proshot for my first iPhone 8 Plus and now the iPhone 11 Pro Max. In summary, this case is excellent, with great looks, safe and waterproof for the iPhone, and easy to use. Be sure to download the Proshot app to help the user use the housing's functions underwater. In my experience, both cases work equally well with their respective iPhones. Freediving to about 44ft, but I've mainly used Proshot cases for near-surface underwater video recording. I will also attach the ocean video from the first case (8+). The advantage of this hard shell case compared to soft cases is that it has a much better look and the oars do not trip unintentionally under water pressure and are still quite compact. I was surprised that the 11 Pro Max case comes with an amazing pro quality semi-rigid carry case. This is especially important when traveling as the (separate) iPhone itself serves as structural (internal) support and protects the case from crush or impact damage. .It also came with a negative buoyancy selfie stick. The end of the stick is detachable, revealing a small waterproof compartment. You can also put a stick in the compartment for support or extension. If you travel, be sure to download the Proshot app as long as you have cellular data or WiFi. Photo 1: Case for iPhone 11 Pro Max plus selfie stick. Photo 2: Photo taken through the suitcase.
