Does not work on small dogs
Fits all of our Chihuahuas but does not work. One of our dogs somehow manages to get his paw under the collar when he catches. He did it with this collar, but it didn't come off. The clip is too tight for a small dog to unbuckle. It takes quite a bit of effort to separate two sections and small dogs are not strong enough.
