Definitely gets the job done. Some reviewers have complained that the tubing is too flexible and flimsy, but unless the wire runs straight, the flexibility is quite required. For those interested, the outside diameter of a 1/4" ID machine is about 0.410" (or about 13/32"). This can be useful information if you plan to clamp the machine to a surface, perhaps with wire clamps. All in all a good solution for cleaning loose wire sections.
