Despite the description "suitable for everyone", it really isn't. the wheels are maybe 33% smaller. The solution will require a little ingenuity and some elbow grease. 1) Remove 4 roller wheels from the two new brackets and 4 roller wheels from the original (broken) brackets. 2) Try to install the original roller wheels on the new bracket; In my experience, the rollers are a bit stuck and cannot rotate. 3) Assuming the casters do not fit the new mount, you must decide whether to replace the casters or the mount. 4) When I decided to adjust the inner diameter of the roller, I used an electric drill to lightly drill out the original rollers, about 1mm larger in diameter, which allowed them to install and rotate the new brackets. I decided to modify the rollers as I figured that if the bracket eventually failed and if the next brackets had the same (wrong) roller size these modified rollers would fit easily (even if they were a bit looser on future brackets) . .5) Replace the screw holding the modified casters (or mounting pins) and reassemble. Overall, these mounts are pretty solid, the rollers run smoothly, and the top basket in the dishwasher (I have a Kenmore, although to be honest it's pretty much identical to other OEMs/brands) is as good or better than new. I considered using the new stainless steel mounts instead (also from Revain, just a little more expensive) which they will surely outlive. But I suspect they might also have smaller reels and might need some modification as well (although that might require modification of the reel and not the shaft if the shaft is also stainless steel?). But with the feel and quality of these staples, I suspect they might survive a dishwasher. I gave it 4/5 stars due to the inconsistency in the description and the effort required to change the original videos to work with it. new brackets. Unless the installer is able to drill/clean the original casters I would not recommend this product unless your dishwasher uses smaller casters (not the ones pictured). Sorry I threw away the videos provided and don't have their sizes. ------------- I leave the above information to posterity. Less than a month later, however, the wheel stem broke off, leaving a corner of the top brace hanging. However, he replaced the wheels with old wheels because the ones included in the kit were too small. But I used the screws that came with it and the wheels (I bored out my old wheels to fit) turned freely. .The plastic mount surrounding the stock itself is broken. Your mileage may vary as high temperature thermoplastic can have weak points despite the manufacturer's best efforts. But as I haven't had the original wheels in a long time (too small/refurbished) I can't go back at this point so I can only re-evaluate and update so others know this 'might' happen. Of course, if I had a replacement (unilateral) to get my dishwasher working again, only the customer service would be worth a higher rating.
