There was a problem with fleas and they like to bite me, the rest of my family is lucky. So obviously I was insane and looking for something to help. After purchasing two packs I found that they only cover the area of the room they are in. I put one in my bedroom and one in the bathroom where my cat hangs out. I have a feeling it's intimidating. I think it helped with the fleas along with using the sprays. I've also made homemade flea traps by inserting a night light and a flat tray of mixed soap and water underneath. The fleas will jump to the light on the water and die in the mix (you need to change the mix once a day to refresh it and you can tell how bad the fleas are by the number you kill). I still use these plugins along with homemade flea traps and am finally flea free. So for me it was the culmination of the material used. I hope this information helps.
