Best value. Comparable to Active Ankles, but 1/3 cheaper. need to add padding. Pros: Very easy to use in my low Mizuno volleyball shoes. Withstands college volleyball for up to 3+ years. Perfect fit (I'm 6ft 6in, size 12). boots, £200) - 1/3 the cost of the Active Ankle T2 (I'm bad) Cons: - Padding is very thin. Note that you pay a lot less than the very expensive equivalent. Places (e.g. next to your hammer) - The bottom heel plates don't seem to line up with all heels. I haven't had this problem. Therefore, having excellent ankle mobility is not required to be effective. Haven't tried using them for basketball or any other sport. Other reviewers (along with the Active Ankle crowd) seem ambivalent about its use. Be careful they will limit your mobility and prevent you from spraining your ankle - which is why I bought them. "Without them, I would break my ankles every week.
