Review on 🏞️ SACKORANGE Tumbling Ceramic Non Abrasive Tumblers: Transform Your Polishing Experience! by Jathan Louis

Worst so-called "tumbling environment " I've ever seen.

I have been involved in rock acrobatics for many years, mainly tumbling in obsidian using acrobatic materials. A flipped medium "wears out" (of course, the bits get smaller and smaller as it's flipped over and over again). Since it was time to get myself a new ceramic acrobatic spatula, I ordered it. I ordered it because it had good reviews and was advertised as [quote] "Non-Abrasive Ceramic Granules". Yeah right. Look at the photo of the pellets and note the broken, jagged edges on most of the pellets. I didn't "choose" these granules, I just pulled a random handful out of the bag and placed it on a dark cloth so that the imperfections can be seen better. Place such pellets in a jar of obsidian for a few days and you will most likely end up with obsidian that is so badly scratched that you just need to throw away the entire batch (including the pellets) and start with a few better quality pellets. the pellets don't look like ceramic, they look (and smell) like chalk, like a blackboard. OPTIONAL the zipped bag with the pellets presumably opened in transit (how hard is it to put them in a second plastic bag or just put about 1 inch of tape on the top of the zip to make sure it's closed remains) I ordered three paperbacks at a time, the books and the (supposed) tumbling media all came in the same box, so all my books were "finely turned" at the time of delivery. I mean, who wants their books covered in dents and ceramic dust? And, oh yes, high-quality ceramic acrobatics supports should NEVER gather dust. Dust indicates that the pellets are already decomposing when they meet in the bag, even BEFORE they are placed in the jar. This package is being returned even though I hate doing returns. What a STRONG pain.

Pros
  • resealable sealed bags to prevent messy spills and keep unused pellets safe for later.
