Fast shipping in clean packaging, cartridges individually sealed in plastic bags. They went into my NEW Epson WF-2760 with no problems, the printer recognized them immediately and set them up automatically. The first few pages were slightly smeared with black ink but cleared up after printing 2-3 pages, but the colors showed less coverage than I would like and it took a couple of headscarves to get a decent solid page, Waste of ink - therefore 4 star rating. The ink level shows that I used about 1/3 tank for this! But this is my first experience with Epson printers and it could be a printer defect, well. Reviewers seem to claim that the ink burns through very quickly, so remanufacturing can save money over the original ink. The WF2760 was a steal at under $60 OTD, an impulse buy, not a research. Difficult printer to set up and woefully outdated software, IMHO, but I needed an inexpensive little device, all in one, with FAX, and it had it covered! sent me a new BLUE replacement cartridge free of charge. It's very good to have a US made item and good customer service, I'll have to wait and see if the ink colors improve with use and also wait for the reliability and ink burn rate to have a few months to see if it's worth it. deals". = ===Dirty black ink cartridge leaked into the printer so I could clean it, YUK!, threw the cartridge away and used the second black cartridge that came with it, it seems to be working fine again but I had to clean the printhead and nozzles again , and test the printing and editing. Colors are still a bit faded, not garish and garish. I will not be using this item again and cannot recommend it, although they have very good customer service, the product clearly lacks the quality I am looking for just IMH.
