The original key fobs for my car were worn out and when I asked the dealer for a replacement they said the recall prevented them from doing so. When I asked for a free recall replacement they simply removed the key from the fob and cut out a new key before sending the worn fob back along with the newly cut keys. Keychains continued to deteriorate and I finally ordered them. Except for the missing Chevy butterfly on the key fobs, they work great and were quick to cut out and connect to the car. I kept the keys to the dealership to throw in the dealership if I ever get rid of the car but they are perfect and well worth the money.
