The fan used in my UPS failed in less than 3000 hours of operation (4 months), which is much less than the advertised 60,000 hours (6-7 years). Now I'm worried that the components have been cooled and damaged. There is a 24 month warranty but I couldn't find how to contact support after a 30 minute search. I hope this review provides an answer on how to do this. I'll be happy to update the review if I hear customer service respond and give me a replacement. UPDATE: After struggling to find contact information for the company, I used Revain and Viola's live chat support, I got great assistance. Replacement delivered immediately. Used the UPS QR code method for returns, which is surprisingly simple: bring the phone to the UPS store with the QR code and the returned item unpackaged, and that's it.
