Part of that has to do with the fact that I had to be more careful when I bought it, so it's my fault. But this article is terrible. It was incredibly difficult to put together - even with the diagram I couldn't figure out how many of the sticks fit together. But it was only after assembling the whole thing that I realized what kind of strip below? You have to go to the toilet. This means the whole thing has to be built *around* the toilet, otherwise the toilet has to be removed to fit it. I figured it would be something that could be easily retracted or extended. I live in a rental house, which means I can't even take this piece of junk to where it belongs. Pay attention to the pictures and don't go for the cheapest option, you get what you pay for.
