This needle resembles a wine bottle opener. I like the simplicity of the design. Getting into the ground wasn't difficult. The chrome finish is great for preventing corrosion if left out in the rain. It is also easy to see when mowing the lawn. The size of the product is ideal, especially for large dogs that may be trying to run. The force generated by large dogs, such as a German Shepherd, keeps the product in place. I wish your dog's leash ring was thicker. I prefer to tie my dog to the top triangular portion of the product rather than a small dog ring the size of a German Shepherd.
