We have to admit we didn't like them very much. We expected them to be a little more durable than they are. However, they are not durable at all. Folded soft plastic with cubes with hard plastic edges to hold them together. They're mostly fine for single-shift jobs, but once you start stacking that changes. It's much better to stick to strong/solid storage solutions that can carry a lot of weight and properly support yourself while stacking. Or use a shelf if you have a lot of shoes. In our case, we used them for another task, but the content placed in them was no heavier than shoes. It just looked awful, and the more we added up, the more they felt like it wasn't a stable solution.
