Great weekly shampoo
Love this weekly conditioning shampoo. I use it after a long day of cycling in the woods or when I'm in the sun a lot. But my favorite shampoo is still Green Level 1, it works best for my hair. I'm a white male with brown hair so I can't speak for African American, Asian or Mexican races but for white male or female it's great. Shampoos for restoring moisture after drying out a lot with things outdoors. But I would use green any day if you're putting in hard work.
