First of all I LOVE these lights! I had a slightly different experience. I bought these lights a few years ago and attached them to my headboard and I LOVE them. Obviously Martha Stewart is still sure to be the best decorator in the world but this is just an idea I saw on Pinterest and I thought it was cute. A couple of weeks ago the set (that's 2 sets) on the left started to leak, so I quickly ordered another one. When they arrived they weren't working just after one; only the green ones glow, etc. It takes time to pick them up and secure them, and Revain's only choice for a replacement is to return them. Pooh. Is it worth twelve bucks to cancel this and go to UPS just to send them a set of blown bulbs? (Sometimes this is the only flaw in my excellent Revain experience - sometimes it's pretty stupid to return a small item that doesn't work). address on it. I thought what the heck, let me try. I emailed the company a screenshot of my order confirmation and to my delight a woman named Angel replied within 12 hours and said they would be happy to send me another set and not worry about returning bulbs that didn't work . What great customer service! A few days later I received a new set and all I had to do was take off the set that didn't work and put on new ones that worked great. My only issue is that now you can see that the old device on the right is showing its age. Laugh; I will order and replace the old set so they look better. I mean, who knows when I might get invited for a house tour?! 😂 I LOVE these lights, they are so pretty and thanks to Angel on hahome.net!
