I've tried again and again to print clear images with these toner cartridges. Every time I print I get the same result - a striped print. (see image). It happens in both color and black and white. Tries to take out cartridges and shake them. I tried to run a cleaning cycle on the printer itself. Everything I tried didn't solve my problems. I will say that it was quite easy to replace the chip from the old cartridges with these cartridges. They even came with the necessary tools to get the job done. But with print quality as it is. The ease of installation doesn't matter in the end. .hence my 1 star rating.
