I bought these to make my laundry more eco-friendly and I think they're good overall. Since these are detergent pods, I expected it to be liquid detergent, but they are actually powder-filled pods. I use top loading washing machines and have found that every time I use cold water (more energy efficient than warm or hot) the detergent doesn't completely dissolve leaving clumps and grains of powder in my laundry. . Because of this I switched to using warm water to allow the powder to fully dissolve, defeating the purpose of using this product more sustainably. Next time I'll probably grab a jug of liquid detergent so I can go back to using cold water.
