Use this at the top of our stairs so it's no longer just a place for random things. That hardly fits either. It was easy enough to put together, one set of poles got messed up with little attention because it seems so simple it's easy to get distracted. Quickly unscrewed and put on. A post that stood in the middle of two shelves was not screwed down, it wobbled a little. After not fully tightening it, I bet that assembling the rest of the shelf would strengthen it, and it worked. So if you get a loose piece in the middle, you should be fine in the end! Holds a lot of things but keep in mind the width of the middle shelves! They aren't the widest because of the bars. Might look good overall.
