It creates a nice breeze although I wished for a bit more performance but so far it meets all my needs. I like being able to adjust the speed when I don't need that much wind. It drains your batteries, so make sure you have at least one extra full set if you plan on using it continuously for more than six hours. I like that it doesn't have any exposed blades to get in the way or break off. I've been using bladed fans for many years and I swap out two or three fans in the summer. For fans with blades, I would have to hold the fan in front of my face for the breeze to blow. With Cool On The Go, I just hang it around my neck and it provides a steady upward breeze that cools my face and neck. Or I can hold it and direct the wind where I want. I tried on the bandage and wore it around my waist and under my shirt. When I tried to create a breeze under the shirt, it was barely noticeable. Maybe it would work much better if I wore looser clothes.
