I've had the same Jilbere iron for at least 15 years. I bought this from Sally Beauty Supply a long time ago and it has served me well. I've tried others but keep coming back to this one. Until now. This digital iron from Nano Ceramic Hot Tools puts the [super old] Jilbere to shame. It's like comparing my original Nokia phone (circa 2000?) to an iPhone 12. I don't have a favorite feature because I love so many things about this iron. Firstly it has a lock so you can close it. This is a really handy feature! Second, it heats up almost instantly. I turn it on, put lotion on my face and BAM! Hot! I love that you can set the temperature, which is definitely an upgrade from the high/low options. The spring isn't too tight so my arm muscles don't have to work as hard to close and keep it closed when used on my hair. I've used others that kept trying to open and the pressure on my hand made it difficult to keep it closed (thanks carpal tunnel). With this iron, that's no problem.
