Fits me great, does the job although it took me a while to get used to the tiny brush head, I was just used to using a manual toothbrush but my boyfriend has me persuaded me to buy an electric one. The only issues I have is when I'm cleaning the brush it starts stuttering like the motor is stalling but then it just goes back to what it's doing it only lasts a second but it Happens at least 2 times while I am cleaning. . It only comes with one head and to be honest the heads are a bit expensive for me, it has instructions on when to change them which I haven't done yet, looks exactly like the picture. This is a great electric starter brush. I would use them before investing in an expensive one to see if you like it. I would recommend I think
