This transmitter is very easy to connect to my phone via Bluetooth and just plugs into the car cigarette lighter. I previously bought a smaller, simpler version. I find it has a slightly better sound quality. However, I personally didn't think it would be beneficial for me to have a separate button just for changing the color. Also that the slider changes the volume was a bit strange, since I can just as easily reach the volume of the car. I like the skip and pause song buttons as it's safer to change them than trying to do it on my phone while driving. Overall, I think the separate on-screen button for holding and changing channels and colors just made the Element bulkier than it needed to be. Happy with the purchase and will continue to use it.
