Review on ⚡ InstallGear Power Distribution Block - 4/8/10 AWG Gauge, (4) 8/10 Gauge Outputs by Adam Bates

Excellent quality

I used 1/0 gauge wires and two connector blocks from 1/0 AWG to 4 AWG to move my battery. The only problem I had was that the wire to the starter was 2 AWG and the sockets for the block were 4 AWG. I didn't want to use an adapter because I wanted it to look clean so I took a block and drilled a hole to measure it. The material was quite soft, so the cut was very easy and clean. If you hadn't pulled the cord, you wouldn't have noticed the difference. The only thing I would quibble about if I had to tinker around is that the bottom panel screws are sticking out of the bottom holes. Once you get a tight fit, you'll need to unscrew them a little and then tighten them again after the wire is inserted. For me it was no problem.

Pros
  • 4 gauge inlet to (4) 8/10 gauge outlet
Cons
  • Disappear
