So this is definitely the correct part number for my Samsung fridge (model in photos). However. First, the item arrived quickly and as expected. It had a 'magnetic' authenticity sticker to ensure it wasn't fake, came packaged in a Samsung box and went into the filter slot with ease. However, the plastic flange that sits on the surface of the filter seat; was smaller/narrower than the normal filter. This means that space is visible from all 4 sides after the filter has been installed (see photo with pink arrows). This gap does not affect the fit or function of the filter, it is a matter of aesthetics. I have decided to keep the filter, but will most likely not buy this again!?
