Works but not very well
The pressure required to pump this thing is a lot higher than you would expect. Not impossible, but definitely an under-car forearm killer. The hoses that connect to the pump inlet have fallen off half a dozen times while filling my transmission with ATF. The equivalent product from your local O'Reilly's is much better. And cheaper.
